Meet Aurora Frost
Aurora Frost is a water elf whose journey mirrors the transformation she inspires in children everywhere. Once focused solely on surveillance and judgment, Aurora's perspective shifted dramatically when a child taught her a profound truth: "You're not judging the action, you're judging the intent."
This revelation transformed Aurora from a guardian watching for mistakes into a champion celebrating growth. She realized that children aren't defined by their struggles, but by their courage to learn and grow from them.
The Birth of Operation Lumina
Now serving as Head of North Pole Security, Aurora has revolutionized the North Pole's approach to helping children thrive. She created Operation Lumina, replacing outdated "naughty lists" with an empowerment-based system that recognizes every misstep as an opportunity for growth.
Through her innovative star collection system, children complete "Redemption Opportunities" that transform challenges into achievements. Parents become partners in transmitting this magic directly to the North Pole, creating a collaborative journey of growth and celebration.
Aurora believes every child has the potential to be a hero of their own story. With her Field Kits and digital guidance, she equips families with the tools to turn everyday moments into extraordinary adventures in character development.

✨ The Magic of Partnership ✨
"When two visionaries come together with complementary gifts, something extraordinary happens..."
🌟 Coryn
With over a decade shaping beautiful, sustainable spaces in hospitality design, Coryn discovered that the most meaningful transformations happen when technology serves human connection, not the other way around.
Bringing technical innovation, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of how families actually live—Coryn transforms creative dreams into digital realities.
🌙 Cynarra
A gifted storyteller who sees the extraordinary in everyday moments, Cynarra created Aurora Frost's entire world—transforming a simple character into a revolutionary force for how we nurture children's growth.
Through Sparkle By Design and now Magic By Design, she creates experiences where families thrive without judgment and every child feels seen, valued, and capable.
🌈 The CocynD Magic
Co = Coryn/Coco • Cyn = Cynarra • D = The catalyst that represents both partners combined as one to achieve a global goal
"Two individuals catalyzing together to create something greater than the sum of their parts, united in pursuit of global positive impact."
✨ Where Magic Meets Technology ✨
Their partnership represents something revolutionary: the perfect fusion of technical excellence and emotional intelligence. Where Coryn builds the bridges between imagination and reality through code, apps, and seamless user experiences, Cynarra breathes soul into every pixel with stories that touch hearts and transform lives.
Together, they discovered something profound: technology without story is just efficiency, but story without technology is just dreams. When you combine Coryn's ability to make complex systems feel effortless with Cynarra's gift for creating characters that feel like family, you get something unprecedented.
🌟 Building the "By Design" Family
Through CocynD LLC, they're creating an entire ecosystem of "By Design" brands, each bringing intentionality and empowerment to different aspects of life:
💝 Our Shared Mission
"Children thrive when they're treated as the heroes of their own stories."
Together, Coryn and Cynarra are building a world where judgment is replaced with empowerment, surveillance with support, and punishment with partnership. Where every child recognizes their capacity to make a positive difference. Where families can thrive without the pressure of perfection.
Operation Lumina is just the beginning. It's proof that when you combine technical excellence with emotional intelligence, when you let magic guide technology and technology amplify magic—you create something that changes lives.
"Two hearts, one vision:
Transform how the world sees children—
Not as problems to solve, but as heroes to celebrate."
